I made 2 side conversations (email) on 2 different tickets.
However, both side conversations have the same subject.
This causes 2 tickets with 2 side conversations to join the same email to the recipient.
Is there a way to keep the emails separate? because the tickets are different

Is setup for Zendesk push notifications on iOS only possible using a .p12 certificate?
Because we have a concern, if you use a .p12 certificate, it has an expiration date so you need to continue maintenance to regenerate the certificate and re-upload it.
As far as we know, there is an alternative method using the APNS Authentication Key so that there is no need for periodic maintenance to setup push notifications which we have also implemented in (eg: Firebase and MoEngage), is it possible in Zendesk to use the APNS Authentication Key?

We have 7 levels nestedloop dropdown field. And got this error:
Calculations are too complex. Simplify calculated metrics and attributes or remove some of them. Learn about Explore limits (Error code: 5f863b30)
We got this error on level 5 nested loop and the further:
1. Level 5
2. Level 6 (Prep)
3. Level 6
4. Level 7 (Prep)
5. Level 7
Is there another formula to handle this error?

Make a trigger action can clear a Text Field.
This is will very use full when ticket created is from closed ticket channel.
So when ticket is created via closed ticket, I can make a trigger action to set NULL the field (which is because the field has already been filled in on the parent ticket)
