I would like to be able to set up an automation or trigger to launch a specific outbound campaign using Relay. 

 

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

Our agents discover a mass incident that need immediate notification to a certain type of users or clients or they want to contact many clients' abandoned carts on a website.

 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

As soon as Relay launched, we saw this opportunity as we are required by our customers a tool that can do this inside Zendesk.

 

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

No, so far we have not found any workarounds available.

 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

Allow admins to configure automated campaigns based on triggers or automations. This would save a lot of agent's effort time and allow us to create an amazing experience for our final clients using whatsapp or SMS.

Hi Samir, how are you? Regarding the feature release I would like to know if you have a new ETA for this - many clients do multitask and they can't always have Zendesk open or a 2nd monitor for this. Thank you!
