Yes Lauren Benkov makes a really good point. We shouldn't have to drill in to see statuses. It's fiddly and wastes time.

We are using this feature but sometimes the composer is failing to load in time to answer the customer. We then have to refresh the page (sometimes more than once) to be able to answer the customer.

Hi, This feature is not available on Zendesk Messaging. Will this become a native feature, without having to use API's? Kind regards, Amelia
