I'm both an admin and an agent for a young company. As we are trying to control dollars, I can't incur the additional cost of a third party integration. My entire CX unit consists of 3 admins: one for cloud and security ops, one for IT ops, and one for app support. I get to be an admin because I'm the only authorized user for the external facing brand we have. This means I'm pulling double duty as an Agent, as well. In my day-to-day functions, I have no need to access the tickets that come into all the shared views: I only need those tickets routed to my group. As such, it would be nice to be able to limit my views to just those for my group. Scrolling through all the views is not a workflow constraint, but is annoying.
