My sincere apologies that my reply did not meet your expectations.  I certainly understand the frustration that comes when changes in our product impact your business. Our customer care team can often bring forward workarounds or alternative solutions given changes in our product, they are there to support you!  Further, you are welcome to continue to provide feedback by whatever means best suits you; a new post in our product feedback forum can help us more directly address your specific use cases brought forward but I understand wanting to follow a recent thread.
 
I have reached out to our product team to better respond to your specific concerns here and will follow up as I know more. Thank you again for sharing your insights on how we can better support your needs!

Thank you for your feedback here, I've confirmed with our product team that this is not a glitch or bug, users need to refresh the screen to see the error. When you submit a comment on a ticket, it automatically refreshes the page, which is why you're seeing it on the penultimate comment but not the most recent.

Hi all, thank you for your continued feedback in this area. If you are having trouble configuring this new feature to your instance please reach out to our customer care team who would be happy to assist you! Please also continue to refer to this updated documentation about what elements of this feature are presently available. We appreciate that the current released solution may not be meeting 100% of your use case and needs and the frusturation that may cause. To that end we appreciate you sharing any further feedback on this area in a new post in our product feedback so that we may better understand what trouble you are facing. I am not sure if you are talking about live messaging or not but I wanted to pass along this article your way. It seems that the reply is translated for the user but not the agent. There are some apps suggested as well for this at the bottom of the article.
