What we are requesting here is actually a ridiculously basic feature.
Like really basic of the basics :D
It is extremely weird that some of the most basic reports or features are not available on Zendesk.
Besides that, your KPIs are weird as well for example Median and Average.
Hope to see the reports soon.

Is it possible to have a report where we can see the time spent on each status?
And to see when the statuses were changed?

So as I understood from your explanation the cast survey will go to the e-mail of the user and not in the chat?
It is the same as it was nothing has changed.

I have a survey link.
So my question is:
Is it possible to send this survey link to the social media platforms by using the ZENDESK triggers?
Maybe there is a way because it is a just link, nothing special.
Can someone answer my question?
