Hi Zendesk Team-- Echoing if there is away to disable this feature or provide options on how to display these alerts? or only display these alerts when in the Event Log view of a ticket. Having these alerts inline with every ticket comment feels excessive and overwhelming for agents.

Hi Emily Reidy ! Thank you for sharing the update release for the View All feature. I do still think the ability to change ownership of dashboards is a needed feature as well even more since dashboards cannot be scheduled in definitely  (given the dashboard builder update) as they used to be and the appropriate owner will receive the notification of expiring dashboard schedules.

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Our team requests the ability to adjust the text color/brightness for agent users with edit access restrictions on organizational fields. The current light grey text on a red background makes it difficult for agents to review field details needed.

Hi Walter Bellante , can you confirm if when using the new builder now - if we can still share and schedule reports with end users?

Additionally, I noticed the “Run for” field in the schedule section doesn't have an “indefinitely” option. We have hundreds of dashboards scheduled and to keep maintaining the schedule Run For field would be very inefficient.

Is the phase 1 beta available to test in production and test instances? And would this beta test be activated at the individual agent account level vs. all agents? Additionally, how long with the beta test period be available and can we opt out at any time?
