Hi! We have “-” / non article owner/responsible on most of our articles, that we get the verification notification email for. But the"notification email"that says we have articles to verify, still goes out to a lot of agents, even if they are not as owner or have written an article. Why is that? What can we do to change so not a bunch of agents gets this emails, only the article owners?

Hi Than Dev  :) I am looking for an app that can detect tickets with large attachments, to delete them for more space in Zendesk. How does your app work, can it give a list of suggestions of tickets with large attachments to delete? 
Any chance to try it out for a day or so?

I have a question regarding it says in the instructions that says: "In the "Email user" or "Email group" action in the Actions section of the clone, replace all the content in the email body, including any original comment placeholder,"

What if I want to keep other content in the email body, (more than except the placeholder)? We have different content/text sent out with the triggers that we still would like to write and send out. 

Should I just keep that then, and add the text I want in the email body + replace the placeholder to the right simplified-email-threading-placeholder? 

OR does it not work at all if I keep content (+ add replace new placeholder)? In that case, how can I write content that I want to add and send out in the message?

 

@ ivan  We have the same issue here, but I saw that you solved it with changing the html, you mind share what you did that made it work?
