Hello all, great questions on here - and thanks for pointing out the need here! There is actially an upcoming version of the “Shopify Premium for Zendesk” app (https://shopifypremium.com) that our team at agnoStack put together in partnership with Zendesk. It will have a ton of new customer facing functionality (in addition to all of the existing agent facing tools on the Zendesk side) that can be toggled on with a single click.
