Zendesk will perform critical maintenance impacting Copilot features for customers on all Pods on July 8, 2026. Maintenance will occur from 8am UTC to 10pm UTC, with the maintenance for each account lasting up to 15 minutes. We are upgrading our database for improved performance and ongoing reliability.

Affected products: Copilot features

Important:  Only customers using Copilot features will be impacted.

Customers Affected: Zendesk customers on all Pods will experience a brief service disruption of up to 15 minutes at some time within the 8am UTC to 10pm UTC maintenance window.

Expected behavior: The database upgrade may cause noticeable delays in features such as Auto Assist, Intelligent Triage, and other Copilot features.

Why we're doing this: We are increasing database size to provide additional performance and ensure stability of our systems going forward.
