Zendesk is introducing a new segment in the Zendesk Marketplace dedicated to action flow connectors, alongside a new MCP Client and a refreshed user interface, to help you seamlessly integrate external actions into your workflows.

What's changing?
The Zendesk Marketplace now features a dedicated segment specifically for action flow connectors.
Specifically, this release includes:

Marketplace UI enhancements: We have taken this opportunity to improve the overall look and feel of the Marketplace. These changes include a new Partner search feature, small but important UI updates, and a refreshed Marketplace home page with more improvements coming soon.

50+ new connectors: You can now install and use 50+ connectors, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and many more, directly within your workflows.
- Partner-built connectors: As we move out of the early access program (EAP) phase, this initial release focuses on our Zendesk-built connector and our first partner-built connector from Sweethawk. You will see more options become available from our key partners in the coming months.
- The MCP Client: We are thrilled to introduce the MCP Client, which allows you to link out to any third party hosting an MCP Server so you can use their actions directly within Zendesk action flows.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is making this change to give you more powerful, easily accessible tools for your automated workflows. Previously, finding and integrating specific actions required heavier lifting. By dedicating a segment to action flow connectors and moving partner integrations out of EAP, we are creating a centralized, growing ecosystem of tools you can plug directly into your processes.
Furthermore, the introduction of the MCP Client bridges the gap between Zendesk and limitless third-party servers, greatly expanding what your action flows can accomplish. Finally, the UI improvements ensure that as our Marketplace grows, it remains intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. The new action flows connectors segment, the MCP Client, and the Marketplace UI updates will be available automatically starting August 4, 2026. You can begin exploring the new segment and installing connectors directly from the Zendesk Marketplace to use in your workflows.
