Zendesk is excited to announce Connections, a new page in Admin Center that brings every connection to an external system together in one place - so you can set up, review, and maintain them all without moving between products.

This announcement includes the following topics:

  • What's changing?
  • Why is Zendesk making this change?
  • What do I need to do?

What's changing?

The Connections page is now available in Admin Center under Apps and integrations > Connections.

This page replaces the separate places connections used to live and adds the following:

  • A single list of all your connections. Every connection appears in one table - connections used by action flows, MCP server connections, and custom connections you've created - showing the connector or connection, who built it, and when it was last updated.
  • A connector library. Select Add connection > Browse connectors to see every connector available to your account, each with a logo, a short description, the name of who built it, and a Connect button. Connectors you've already connected link through to their existing connection.
  • Search. Search the connector library to find what you need as our list of available connectors grows.
  • Connection details. Select a connection to see its domain or tenant, authorization type, the authorized account, who connected it, and the OAuth scopes it was granted, where applicable.
  • Reconnect without breaking your flows. Use the Actions menu on any connection to reconnect or re-authorize it. Your action flows and other configurations that depend on that connection keep working.

Connections you set up before this release carry over automatically. You don't need to re-authorize anything.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

Until now, connections were managed inside the products that used them. Connections for action flows were configured in the action builder, MCP server connections had their own page, and custom connections lived somewhere else. If you weren't using action builder, there was no straightforward way to see or manage the systems your account was connected to. That approach doesn't scale.

The Zendesk connector library is growing quickly through 2026, and connections are increasingly used by more than one part of Zendesk - the same connection to Salesforce or Slack can support action flows, AI agents, and other Zendesk products.

Connections is built on a simple principle: connect a system once, then use it wherever you need it. Bringing every connection into one page in Admin Center means you can see what your account is connected to at a glance, authorize a new system without first building a workflow, and hand connection management to an admin as a task in its own right.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. Connections is being rolled out to all accounts, and your existing connections move across automatically.

One thing worth noting: The location has changed. Connections now live at Apps and integrations > Connections in Admin Center. If you have bookmarks or internal documentation pointing to the previous connections or MCP connections pages, update them.
