Can I bulk delete suspended tickets?

    Why would such a universal feature like bulk deleting spam tickets not be native?  i even checked the API and you lock it down to 100 tickets at a time?  

    so our only option is buy an app?  this can't be correct?  i've missed something right?

    Hello Cory Katz,

    I understand you would like to be able to delete all suspended tickets in one go but currently we can only delete them 100 by 100 maximum, even with the API. 

    I consulted the experts about this and they suggested a workaround that If you want to delete more than 100 tickets, you would have to make multiple API calls where each of these calls delete maximum of 100 suspended tickets and you can write a script to automate this. 

    And a personal recommendation would be to let the suspended tickets stay in detention for two weeks so they can think about what they have done wrong and they will be automatically deleted by the system after this time. As for the Deleted tickets, they only stay in the Deleted Tickets view for 30 days. After that time they are automatically permanently deleted.
