I would like to add Text to my existing Talk number. How can I enable this feature?
The account owner can enable any of their Talk numbers for Text.
- Navigate to Admin > Channels > Talk > Numbers tab.
- Select the number you'd like to enable for Text.
- Click the gear icon and toggle "Enable for Text".
If the account owner is unable to enable this for you, submit a ticket to email@example.com to request this feature.
