Why don't my Facebook wall posts turn into tickets?
Check within your settings under Admin () > Channels > Facebook that the option to Include Wall posts is selected.
There is a variety of settings that need to be enabled for specific types of Wall posts. For a complete list, see this section: Editing your Facebook channel.
Zendesk Support doesn't turn scheduled posts from Facebook into tickets. Additionaly, ad posts created by the page’s Facebook Ads Manager are also not supported by Zendesk either.
