Can I receive a notification based on the number of tickets that I have in a view?

Answer

It is not yet possible to set up notifications to be sent out based off the number of tickets in a view. This is not possible via triggers or automations as these business rules can only run and fire on individual tickets, and not other aspects of the Support product.
