I just subscribed to Talk, why does the landing page say "Start your free Talk trial"? Follow

Issue Symptoms

Account has recently subscribed to Talk, but the landing page under Admin > Channels > Talk still says "Start your free Talk trial"


  • Newly subscribed to Talk
  • No phone number


The subscription is still valid, to resolve this, simply click the link to "Start your free Talk trial" and add a new Zendesk Talk number (Adding Zendesk Talk numbers) or start the process to port an existing number over to Talk (Porting numbers into Zendesk Talk).
