Call not coming through with the 'Record using a phone' option Follow

Issue Symptoms

I am attempting to record a new greeting using the 'Record using a phone' option, but the call is not coming through.


  • Paid Zendesk Talk account (this feature is disabled for Zendesk Talk Trial accounts for security reasons)


If you select Record using a phone, please make sure you include the country code when entering your telephone number, then click Call and record


You will then receive a call at this number prompting you to record and save your new greeting.
