Question

Why do I see different statistics in e.g. Reporting > Leaderboard compared to other agents in my account?

Answer

This can occur when agents have different time zones set in their profiles. The native Reporting tool calculates data over a time window, e.g. Last 7 days, and we use the time zone of the logged in agent to establish this window. When these are different, the information may not correlate exactly as data at the edges can fall within one time frame, and outside another.
