You can easily change the author for a knowledge base article.
To change the author for an article
- Navigate to the article where you want to change the author, then click Edit article in the top menu bar.
- (Guide Enterprise only) If you are on Guide Enterprise, click Article settings.
This step is not necessary on Guide Lite or Professional.
- Click the author's name in the article sidebar, then search or scroll to select the new author.
- Click Save when you are ready.
