You can easily change the author for a knowledge base article. You can select any agent as the author of an article, regardless of their article management permissions.

To change the author for an article
- In Help Center or
Guide, navigate to the article where you want to change the author, then click Edit
article in the top menu bar.
- (Guide Enterprise only) If you are on Guide Enterprise, click Article
This step is not necessary on Guide Lite or Professional.

- Click Save when you are ready.
