Why are some of my agents unable to view installed apps from the Marketplace?
Agents may not be able to see the app due to role restrictions.
To check role restrictions within an app
- Go to Admin > Apps > Manage.
- Click on the app in question.
- Look for General Settings > Role Restrictions.
If this is enabled, and set to certain roles, you should check that the affected agent has the correct role. You may want to change the restriction settings of the app or the agent's role to grant them access.
