Why can some agents not see an app I have installed in my account, although I can see it perfectly fine?
Agents may not be able to see the app due to role restrictions. To check an app's role restriction:
- Go to Admin > Apps > Manage.
- Click on the app in question.
- Look for General Settings > Role Restrictions.
If this is enabled, and set to certain roles, you should check that the affected agent has the correct role. You may want to change the app's restriction settings or the agent's role to grant them access.
