Can we have more than one Support Account owner?
No, it's only possible to have one Zendesk Support account owner.
How do I choose who should be owner?
If you created your Support account, and are unsure if you need to be the account owner, you can evaluate if you need the following permissions. The account owner is someone who:
- Can make subscription changes
- Can download invoices
- Can request to enable the Data Export feature
- Has access to benchmark information
- Has complete access to all facets of the account
If you do not need access to these permissions, you may want to consider transferring ownership to another Admin on the account who needs these.
To transfer ownership to another admin, navigate to the Admin icon () > Settings > Accounts > Owner, Select new owner from the drop down list of admins > Save tab. See this support article for more information.
