When trying to submit a ticket using the Web Widget, you receive the message: There was an error processing your request. Please try again later

When an end-user sees the following error when attempting to submit a ticket from the Help Center, it is likely due to a 401 (Unauthorized) error in the console:
The issue is that in the Admin icon () > Settings > Customers, the customer has Anybody can submit tickets disabled. When this feature is disabled, the web widget cannot be used.
To resolve this error, simply check the box next to Enabled to allow anyone to submit a ticket.
