Why is the Conditional Fields App erasing previously set ticket field data?

Answer

It is expected that if the Conditional Fields app has a series of conditional fields, changing a preceding condition will remove the information from subsequent fields in the ticket. This is expected because the subsequent fields technically did not exist at the time of the ticket update.

A workaround to consider would be creating a trigger to set these values after an agent updates to the ticket.
