Ticket Forms are one of Zendesk Support's most powerful features, allowing you to collect all of the necessary information from your customers when they get in touch. These details can be used to drive workflows, route requests to the right teams, and gain valuable insights into your interactions.
We are happy to announce that in v188.8.131.52 of the Support SDK it is now possible for you to dynamically fetch the contents of your ticket forms. The Support SDK brings ticketing and Help Center features to your Android and iOS apps. You can use the ticket forms feature in your own user interface to collect additional information from your customers when they create a new request.
This means that you can build a highly customized in-app experience, and also update your ticket forms on the fly in Zendesk Support, and have those changes appear immediately in your apps.
The feature doesn't yet have its own user interface. We are working on it, and that will come in a release later this year.
