I am logged into my Support account and I cannot see the option to edit Help Center content or manage articles. How can I regain customization access?
The top of your Help Center page is missing the "Home", "Articles", and "General" tabs and looks similar to this:
You will not see your editing options if your editing banner is minimized. By default, the banner is maximized, but may accidentally be minimized. To resolve this issue, click the down arrow to maximize the customization banner. See below:
