What am I agreeing to when I accept Insights Terms and Conditions? Does Insights cost extra?
- You must be on the Professional or Enterprise plan to accept these conditions
- You must be an admin on the account to activate Insights
- You will see this page if you navigate to the Reporting Icon () > Insights
In short, agreeing to the Insights Terms and Conditions provides authorization for GoodData (our reporting platform) to access and analyze your Support ticket data. Please read the Terms and Conditions in full before clicking Accept.
Insights is included in your plan if you are on Professional or Enterprise and will not cost extra to activate. If your plan is on Essential or Team, you will need to upgrade your plan in order to gain Insights access.
