Can you please give a detailed list of the feature differences between Starter and Essential? I get a warning that I will lose features if I "upgrade" but I can't find a list anywhere that explains this.
If you were to change from Starter to Essential, you would gain the ability to have more than three agents on your account. However, you would lose some features, including:
- Custom triggers & automations
- Custom views
- Groups & organizations
- Request management
- Basic reports/dashboards
- JWT SSO authentication
- Play button
- Custom user, org field tags
- CTI (Voice) Integrations
We strongly encourage you to review the features listed above to determine whether you need them for your workflow, as the move from Starter to Essential is not reversible.
