I have set up a trigger using a condition that says when the ticket is updated and the ticket is received from one of my sharing partners, I should get a notification. However, the trigger never fires.
- Ticket sharing agreement is set up
- Trigger created using Ticket Sharing: Received from or Ticket sharing: Sent to condition
- Trigger is not firing
The Ticket sharing: condition is specific to the account that contains the trigger (or other business rule), therefore, the Received from or Sent to condition must be relevant to that relationship. For example, if the ticket is originally shared from the current account, then regardless of the fact that another account is updating the ticket, the condition for the trigger must be set to Sent to in order to receive a notification based on a Trigger.
