When are the email reports of Analytics data sent?
There are three options to receive the email reports of Analytics data from Zendesk Chat, and they are executed as follows:
Daily: The task is started at 3pm UTC, and completed in 15 minutes (Premium accounts only).
Weekly: The task is started at midnight UTC and completed in 6 hours.
Monthly: The task is started at midnight UTC and completed in 1 hour.
For each account, the emails are generated and sent according to the above schedule, but the account timezone is used in the calculations. For example, in GMT the report will be received at approx 3pm and include information for the previous day midnight to midnight.
Another option to get reporting data at any time would be to use our REST API to get the data, and aggregate it accordingly.
