Is it possible to access the data from the System Status Page via the API? I would like to create my own custom integration using those API endpoints to inform my team when my account is experiencing performance issues.
Answer
Yes, there are API endpoints which will allow you to access the Status Page. You can find more information here.
Additionally, you could access the System Status page in a browser and subscribe to proactively be notified whenever performance issues are affecting your account.
To subscribe to incident email notifications
- Open your user profile by clicking the profile icon or photo in the upper-right corner of the page header, and selecting View profile page.
- Click the Preferences tab.
- Click the Incident Email Notifications toggle to enable notifications. Emails are sent to the address on file when an incident occurs.

Is there a time frame for this to be implemented or is there a way to get in the beta group?

I would also like to have my subdomains be added to this beta.
I have received a requirement from my management to get these types of notifications or some other form of more proactive notification. They do not want to be in a state to have notifications of outage come from our agents.

It looks like the link was removed. There was mention of a beta program for this. At any rate is there a way to have our users see if our support site is up?
The feature is out of beta so we removed the link to the old beta sign up page.
