Can I restrict a ticket form so that it can only be used by agents in a specific group?

    This solution has a problem.  If I want to restrict a form so only managers can update the form, this trigger will not prevent anyone from updating the form before the notification goes out.  This is not a viable solution

    I double-checked on my end and it looks like there's no alternative solution available that will allow ticket forms to be hidden from specific agents/groups. Appreciate you taking the time to share this with us and I'll be sure to pass this feedback along to the appropriate team.
