The reCAPTCHA functionality is from Google and is blocked in mainland China. This is a problem for companies with users in China because they cannot sign up for our support help center portal. Having the ability to disable reCAPTCHA on sign up would be really helpful. Either that or replace it with another non-google captcha solution. This is really a big problem for companies working in China.

Hi Tyler! Welcome to the Community!

That's an interesting bit of information that I was not aware of. I checked in our Product Feedback forum and didn't find any other posts there with suggestion to provide alternate CAPTCHA options for these situations, so I'd encourage you to head over there to share your suggestion and use case! You laid everything out really well in your comment here, so you can probably just copy/paste (we don't have the ability to move comments around, so I can do it for you).

Posting your suggestion in Product Feedback will give other users a chance to add their own use cases and votes, and will ensure that our Product Managers see it. We can't promise that they'll be able to respond, but they'll definitely see it.

    Thanks again for the feedback!

    Hi David,

Could you clarify - are you suggesting that there's information in the article that needs to be updated, or do you have a question about this?

I have trouble with Captcha too when I want to access to public Help Center (signup not required) when accessing to Help Center behind a proxy. This problem occurs for severals weeks only.
