How can I use or enable TLS (Transport Layer Security) for all of my email?
Passive TLS is enabled automatically on every account. You do not need to make any changes on your Support instance to take advantage of this. If an email is sent to your support address using TLS, it will also go out as TLS as well. When not in use, regular SMTP is used instead.
At this time forced TLS is not possible. Please make any requests regarding this on our Product feedback forums.
