Version 1.2 of the Support mobile apps is here and includes SLAs.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): if you utilize SLAs the next breach will now display on any ticket list with the ‘next SLA breach’ column configured and on ticket details.
All tickets with SLA policies applied to them will include a SLA badge on ticket details.
To see future breaches, tap the SLA badge on the ticket details screen
Other new features for the iPhone include:
- Improved auto-refresh for account configuration changes
- Consistent date and time formatting throughout the app
Android now supports Macro Attachments (Coming soon on iPhone).
Additionally, there were performance and stability improvements for both apps.
- Displaying the value of any placeholders when applying macros
- Improved problem & incident display
