    Hi Claire,

    Thank you for your article it sort of helped but not really.

    The part of editing the name with a flag in front will help who has the actual number that can be detected by Zendesk. However, if the caller is unknown or Zendesk could not detect then every time the customer called we still cannot identify the prank caller beforehand.

    I hope this feedback helps and if you have any updates on this I will be much appreciated.
