Why do Stickers and Thumbs Up available on Facebook Messenger not render in tickets on my Support account?
These characters will not render within your Zendesk Support tickets, as they are unique to Facebook. When someone sends a Facebook Sticker or Thumbs Up, it will show in your Support account as "(end-user) sent a message". However, emojis will render correctly within your Zendesk Support account when an end-user submits a request via the Facebook integration.
