Why do Stickers and Thumbs Up available on Facebook Messenger not render in tickets on my Support account?
This is expected behavior with the Facebook Integration. These characters are unique to Facebook and will not render within your Zendesk Support Tickets. When someone sends a Facebook Sticker or Thumbs Up, it will show in your Support account as "(end-user) sent a message". However, emojis will render correctly within your Zendesk Support account when an end-user submits a request via the Facebook integration.
