Can incoming failed SMS/text messages be recovered and resent to Zendesk?
No, failed SMS/text messages cannot be recovered. In the situation where a Text number is suspended for a time (for instance in between end of trial suspension and reactivation of account), the incoming SMS for that period may have failed. Our service provider Twilio can see failed message logs, and can provide you with a failed message count, however the SMS/text content is unavailable and so cannot be recovered. To see your failed message count, contact Zendesk at firstname.lastname@example.org with the affected time period when the number was inactive and request a count of failed SMS messages.
