Ticket forms are one of Zendesk Support's most powerful features, allowing you to collect all of the necessary information from your customers when they get in touch. These details can be used to drive workflows, route requests to the right teams, and gain valuable insights into your interactions.
Today, we are pleased to announce that ticket forms are now available in the Web Widget. This feature will allow you to offer ticket forms instead of the default contact form. Ticket forms are available on Professional plan (with the Productivity Pack add-on) and on the Enterprise plan.
We will be continuing to enhance the Web Widget's contact form throughout the year with plans to explore conditional fields and add additional field types in the future.
