Changing Zendesk Support account subscriptions between Monthly or Annually

    Hi!

    I have a related question. What if I want to upgrade from Essential plan with annual subscription to Team with monthly subscription. The number of agents doesn't change (we have 2 of them), and we've just payed for the first year of the Essential plan.

    I'm afraid my question is outdated. I've already made those changes and was billed incorrectly, wrote about it to your support and now is the third day I'm waiting for the reply...
