It is possible to change your subscription type from monthly or Annual. This article will cover the steps required to make this adjustment.
- Monthly subscription

- The account is not a Managed Account.
Click the Admin icon () in the sidebar, then select Settings > Subscription to access the billing page. Click Adjust Plan to change between monthly and annual billing.
This page will allow you to choose if you want to be billed monthly or annually. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle this change will not be processed until the start of your next billing cycle. This means that if you decide to change from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription a month into your first year, that change will not take affect for another eleven months.
If your account is a Managed Account, you will not be able to update your billing information and will receive the following notice:
