Can I change my subscription billing period to monthly or annual?
The account owner can switch between monthly and annual billing for your subscription.
- Click the Admin icon () in the sidebar
- Then select Settings > Subscription to access the billing page
- Click Adjust Plan to change between monthly and annual billing
This page will allow you to choose if you want to be billed monthly or annually. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle this change will not be processed until the start of your next billing cycle. This means that if you decide to change from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription a month into your first year, that change will not take effect for another eleven months.
If your account is a Managed Account, you will not be able to update your billing information and will receive the message:
Contact your account manager or account representative if you would like to make an adjustment to your plan.
