Can I temporarily disable my customer satisfaction (CSAT) feature?
Answer
Yes, you can deactivate the customer satisfaction rating automation, which will disable this feature while still allowing for reporting. To disable the system automation responsible for sending out the CSAT, click the Admin icon ( ) in the sidebar, then select Business Rules > Automations and locate the automation responsible for sending out the survey to deactivate it. If you set up any other triggers or automations that are asking customers for their satisfaction rating, you will need to disable those as well.
