How can I report on customer activity in my Mobile SDK implementations?
It is possible to track Customer activity, for your Mobile SDK, in both the native reporting dashboard as well as the Insights dashboard. The native reporting dashboard will give you access to page views and search terms.
The Insights dashboard will allow you take reporting one step further and report on tickets created through the mobile_sdk channel.
