    After many tries and clearing cache many times, now i can see the missing fields.

    I have the same issue again without changing the settings.

    I can't see the disabled contact form.

    I have attached two images so that you can see my settings.

    Also i have refreshed the browser many times and i have cleared cookies and cache many times now.

    Do you have suggestions about this issue?

    Is this common?

    I'm experiencing a similar issue as the one described by Anastasia.

    - Contact Form & Help Center are both disabled in /agent/admin/widget
    - Chat is enabled in /agent/admin/widget

    - in /chat/agent#widget/appearance , I cannot see the options of the "disabled contact form" screenshot in the article above.

    I tried logging out, clearing cookies etc.
    Any suggestion as to how to get those options to show? :)

    If it matters, I'm testing the functionality on a sandbox.

    Please check below mentioned screen it is working for me but i have to activate Integrated chat because of (AIVO agent bot) third party is not working.(Given token error)

    If I do that then my classic window is not working 

    please give me the solution

    Activating the Integrated Chat feature, allows the Web Widget to fully overtake Zopim customizations so it would be expected that the Chat dashboard in Zopim would be overridden as moving forward we are going to default to the web widget layout vs the zopim chat widget layout.
