Why is the order of Help Center articles different in the mobile SDK compared to a web browser?
This is a known issue and limitation we plan to resolve. When using the mobile SDK, the Help Center user interface does not follow the same order as the web browser for article ordering. This is caused by a limitation in the API we are using. Please refer to Release notes and known issues for more information. This issue applies to both iOS and Android.
