Why isn't the Shopify app loading customer data? It only displays this message:
- The requester email matches up with an existing user in Shopify.
There are two very common causes for this particular issue, both of which are tied to the app's configuration:
- The Store URL is not exactly like the URL of your store.
- Missed a step of the installation of the app: "Order ID Field ID: The Zendesk Support custom field ID you are using to store the associated Shopify order number." You will need to create a Text Field in your Zendesk account and then you need to copy the ID of that field into this empty box.
