Zendesk ticket to Salesforce case Follow

    When was it removed? Is it partially remove or no ticket information can be sent to Salesforce? We noticed it was working a couple of weeks back, but it doesn't now.

    I am having the opposite problem. We have our tickets set to send to a custom object but it will only send as a case. It's driving me crazy trying to get this fixed. Any suggestions?
