When making a graph in Insights, labels on the Y-axis have duplicate values. For example, in the following screenshot:
The difference between the label values are less than the units in the metric definition; e.g. in the above example the metric format is as follows:
which has a unit of whole numbers.
The graph uses a default number of five ticks on the Y-axis, and uses the most appropriate value for each ticket based on the max values of the columns of data. In this case it has chosen the values: 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2. However, the minimum unit for the metric is whole numbers, so these label values are rounded to the nearest whole number, resulting in a duplication of label values.
In order to resolve this, you should use an appropriate scale for the units or number of ticks based on the maximum values of the data. In this case two possible solutions would be: 1. reduce the number of ticks, or 2. change the metric format to add some decimal places:
