How can I remove the "##- Please type your reply above this line -##" from my outgoing email notifications?
This is known as the email delimiter text. It is not possible to remove the delimiter from the email template. The email delimiter keeps comments separated in the email. This is used to prevent all of the other text in the email from being added to the reply (the new content is added to the ticket as a comment).
You can customize your delimiter's text and font size, color, and type.
- Click the Admin icon() in the sidebar, then go to Channels > Email.
- Locate Mail Delimiter.
- Type in your personalized delimiter between 20 to 65 characters long.
You can edit your delimiter font size, color, and type in your Email template HTML. Your edits should be on the same line as the placeholder. Do not make these changes on any other line as it will affect the rest of your text.
