How do I link my Legacy Zendesk Chat account with my Zendesk Support account?
- Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin > Channels > Chat.
- On the Zendesk Chat app page, click Sign in.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your setup.
Note: If your account was created after January 31, 2021 Chat is already included as part of your Zendesk Suite plan. To migrate your Legacy Chat account, contact your Zendesk account representative.
If by mistake you have created a new account, contact the Zendesk Customer Support.
