How would I link my stand-alone chat account with my support account?
- Sign in to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar.
- Select Marketplace under Apps, then find the Zendesk Chat app and click the tile.
- On the Zendesk Chat app page, click "Already a Zendesk Chat customer".
- Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your setup.
If by mistake you have created a new account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
